Man, there sure is a downside to being interested in ideas and reading about them then having realizations and adjusting your beliefs/actions/goals/lifestyle accordingly, because it alienates you from so many of your peers. Just, shedding people left and right lately. Nothing personal. This momentum is delicate. Jack London made me do it.
